It is a such a pleasure featuring Lauren Maynard in Focus On. Lauren, who is stunning as Priscilla Presley, is married to ETA Gib Maynard, who was introduced to SIDEBURNS Magazine readers on November 24th, 2017 in Focus On. Lauren, who has a background in theatre, and Gib, who is a gifted and talented ETA, delight fans with their remarkable resemblance to Elvis and Priscilla.

Lauren Maynard, a small-town girl from East Texas, brings a tribute to Priscilla Presley. Lauren began her work as a “Priscilla Presley look-a- like” just a few months ago when her husband, Gib Maynard, became an Elvis Tribute Artist. Gib encouraged Lauren to dress-up like Priscilla and come to his shows, as it would be something fun that they could enjoy together. With a lot of similar facial features as Priscilla, Gib helped Lauren find a good picture to reference as a makeup guide.
Lauren attended Tyler Junior College where she met her husband, Gib. Together they have been in numerous theatrical productions together, so playing the iconic duo of Elvis and Priscilla came naturally. It is easy to see the love that Lauren and Gib share for one another on stage. This makes their appearances much different than other Elvis Tribute Artists and brings a new level of authenticity to their act.
After Lauren’s first appearance as Priscilla, it was clear that the fans loved it! Lauren has since appeared as Priscilla several times at her husband, ETA Gib Maynard’s shows. Lauren supports her husband as he becomes a rising Elvis Tribute Artist. Lauren feels Priscilla Presley is a strong, classy, educated woman, whom she has come to adore. She hopes to grow with her husband in his rising popularity and make more appearances in the near future.
