Today’s post in Fan Feature, I believe, is the first poem I have posted on SIDEBURNS Magazine. In her poem, Ingrid Gockert, an ETA fan and SB follower, pays a heartfelt tribute to all ETAs, but especially to those whom she has met and seen perform. I have recently become a fan of ETAs.

They are here to continue the legend of the King.

With endless nights and long days.

Not only on stage, but after their shows.

It's not done for stardom, as they are humble and meek.

They entertain us with music, dance and laughter as pros.

It is not worship that they seek.

I am so lucky to have seen and met a few: Dean Z, Sylvain Leduc,

James Gibb, Tim E, Jay Dupuis, Cote Deonath and Diogo Light.

I will continue to go to as many shows as I can.

For in my mind and heart they keep Elvis alive and in sight.
